Gentrification

As defined by Google:
Gentrification is the process of renovating and improving a house or district so that it conforms to middle-class taste.

Now that may sound nice and perfectly fine, but it really isn't. Gentrification hurts more than it helps.

Now before we start going in depth about gentrification, we need to discuss land value and property tax.
Land value is how much money your land is worth, this is mainly determined by how the area around this property looks as well as the crime rate.
